Guided tour of the Musée d'Orsay

Description

Located on the banks of the Seine River, this former train station houses the world's largest collection of Impressionist paintings. Its permanent exhibition, one of the most important in Paris, is a must-see for art history enthusiasts.

On this guided tour we will see masterpieces such as Olympia by Édouard Manet, The Angelus by Millet, The Bedroom in Arles by Van Gogh and Dance at the Moulin de la Galette by Renoir, among others.

During our tour we will also see some paintings from the collection that marked a milestone in the History of Art: Manet's Luncheon on the Grass, Courbet's controversial The Origin of the World, and Degas' famous ballerinas.

Please note that, for organizational reasons, the order of the paintings described in the itinerary may vary. Also, we may see some canvases instead of others. After the guided tour, you can continue exploring the rooms you liked best on your own.
