The French Revolution

ó

Description

Embark on an exciting journey through history by exploring iconic locations of the French Revolution in the heart of Paris.

The tour begins in Place Vendôme. Here, amidst imposing buildings and elegant shop windows, you'll discover the vestiges of the absolute monarchy and the first whispers of a revolution that would change the course of history. We'll delve into the initial moments of terror and uncertainty in the Tuileries Gardens before arriving at Place de la Concorde, where the guillotine claimed its toll and figures like Robespierre and Marat left an indelible mark on French history. Passing by the National Assembly, we'll reach Les Invalides, an emblematic site that marked both the beginning and the end of the Revolution, and the rise of the Napoleonic Empire, which brought a revolutionary era to a close.

We will conclude our tour at the Alexander III Bridge, with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, a symbol of a France that reinvented itself.
